What a joke Trustpilot are. An absolute scam. They merely protect their paying subscriber companies and remove everything else. To prove this I had 30 people leave negative feedback from bad experiences over the course of 3 months and EVERY feedback was removed. The same 30 people left positive feedback for the same companies over the course of the following 3 months and EVERY single feedback remained on their website. Needless to say, these people in addition to many others I am aware of no longer use this circus of a company
