I wish I could leave a minus 10 (-10) score. Utterly unfair and unfeeling. Refusing to respond to emails. Refusing to allow the right of reply (tiny non profit organisation with no spare funds) to false and defamatory reviews. Refusing to consider and remove false reviews. Cannot have anything removed even though we want no part of Trustpilot. Masquerading as a pro customer supportive community services in reality simply a despicable bullying money making operation. Totally being held hostage by Trustpilot.
