I had an extremely disappointing experience with this portal. They blocked my account after I left a negative review about Shine.de, a company that misleads sellers. You can’t return poor-quality items and get a full refund because you might not realize you’re buying non-refundable vouchers or items intended for specific events, like parties. After sharing this honest experience on Trustpilot, I was flagged and now have to provide proof of everything I mentioned. This behavior from the portal is completely unacceptable.
