Can I give them zero stars? We have a business account with them and have just received a 1-star review. Fair enough, only the customer isn't ours and the review talks about a mechanism within the purchase experience that we don't offer. To remedy the situation they want us to supply evidence about a customer we've never had who may or may not be using their actual name...
