Posted a review regarding appalling service from a company (have photographic evidence/witnesses). Within ten minutes review was removed/suppressed! Just goes to prove that Trustpilot reviews can only be positive. This will surely backfire as if only good reviews are shown and a company gives appalling service Trustpilot could be held responsible and possibly liable for any compensation due to the aggrieved customer?
Just a thought.
