I would give no stars if I could. Trustpilot must be the least reliable service around simply because customers would primarily use it to complain. Very few customers log on to actually praise a business. They take good service for granted. It’s mostly - rightly or wrongly - disappointed clients who post reviews online, oftentime to get their own back. What’s more, unlike Google reviews, Trust pilot do not care whether the review is genuine or not. They will not entertain complaints from businesses who have been unjustifiably denigrated. Trust Pilot are just out there to prove their worth. It’s a useless if not damaging service.
