I am not at all sure or convinced that Trust Pilot is in anyway completely upfront or indeed impartial in it's review publications. Is the site trustworthy for the consumer or is it "in liaison! with fee paying registered businesses?? By the very nature of the issue, I suppose we are not going to get an answer of any truthful substance anytime soon? It is abundantly obvious that the percentage of positive reviews listed lay very heavy against a genuine average of included poor reviews. Also, why is it that when a negative or poor review is removed because a business is "unhappy" with the content and then a revised review updated is submitted and is eventually published, this can take several days! The review then appears in back pages NOT at the front for people to see there and then, oh dear this really is the give away, delay, delay, delay, then put it on a page very few will actually revert to. How unfair and miss representative of the the publics right to know the facts. a prime example of this are reviews to Payday Uk, any once of a poor review is automatically removed before the ink has time to dry! After several attempts at re listing and removing wording etc, etc, the review is published as if it were 10 days old, Not good enough. The word "Trust" in the name Trust Pilot is not accurate and certainly in my opinion against the UK trading standards guidelines! S Woodhead
