I provided PROOF that I had purchased from the company (TLC Electrical), yet Trustpilot hid my review from public view, stating some 'compliance' bullcrap.
Even though I jumped through their 'hoops' - providing a jpeg image of the invoice AND a pdf version a week later (the jpeg wasn't 'good enough'), nothing changed.
I wouldn't be surprised if they were receiving some sort of incentive from businesses with excessively poor service.
I have removed myself from this sham of a website.
It's a shame as the good businesses have lost valuable reviews.
