Trust pilot is not a legitimate review site. I did business with a company that has horrible reviews all over the internet. Interestingly the rating on Trustpilot is "Great". I wrote a negative review and they promptly sent a request for documentation or they'll remove the review. So they don't care that positive reviews are largely fake:

but they are all over people who post something negative. It's pretty clear who they get paid by.
