Trustpilot seems to be more of a marketing agency than a genuine review site. They are in it to make money and work with companies to "manage" reviews.. i.e. to remove bad ones. I have tired several times to alert others to dodgy companies but each time Trustpilot removes the reviews even when i provide evidence they are genuine.
Its pointless in terms of working out if a company is worth dealing with. good if you are a company who wants to appear as if you have many good reviews. you can even set up fake profiles and post your own!
