Using Trustpilot enabled me to get a full refund on a purchase that never arrived from a scrupulous online business with an appalling rating on their website, however my review was initially removed because I had used the word "fraud" in my review, but after complaining to Trustpilot, the review was reinstated after I had amended my review.
For this reason, I must give Trustpilot some credit, however they are clearly on the side of the businesses being reviewed and for that reason I do not fully trust their website.
