I signed up to Trustpilot while trialling a few review services. I eventually opted to choose 'Reviews.io' instead on pricing reasons. So I asked Trustpilot to remove my business account. They won't! They will keep my profile public FOREVER with the two reviews I solicited during a trial. This gives me a low trust score and is also vulnerable to competitor trolling. The fact I have no control over my company data is worrying. Had I known this I would never have signed up to them in the first place.
