Trustpilot has been hounding my staff for months trying to add our company to their growing list of "advertisers". Their promise and premise seems to be that you can "control" the "quality" of the reviews placed against your business. As a business that's been operating for over 20 years, I would rather allow guests and clients to provide their honest reviews on Google or Yelp - both of which allow my company to respond to reviews.
In my opinion, any company that uses a service like Trustpilot to massage its review scores is unethical and should be avoided at all costs.
