had to jump through so many hoops to prove I had made purchase despite providing this info in order to have my review published.
I just gave up as it was ridiculous given that I was asked to re-verify stuff I had already verified and there was no personal gain for doing it anyway.
It is likely that many others would do the same so that only a hardcore of reviews end up staying which then does not reflect a true picture of customer experience. And then it defeats its purpose as a positive sales tool or name and shame list.
