I've twice tried to my positive review of my experience of purchasing a fire from CVO fires and Trustpilot have twice taken it down and sent nonsense and insulting emails as to why. They won't advise what they want to further verify me as a genuine customer. I've sent them my order number and a photo of my fire being fitted. The company CVO have also verified me to Trustpilot as a customer but their robot Compliance department simply 'do not compute'. Very, very frustrating customer experience.
