According to Trustpilot Guidelines no review may be written by a third party. I had reviews removed when I tried to write them for a relative who had received bad service from a company. However, I notice that third party reviews, when good, do appear and Trustpilot do not take into account their own guidelines.
I have e mailed Trustpilot compliance team to ask about this but received no response. I have also tried contacting a member of the team direct but he too is ignoring me!
