They published our complaint for several months and we received an email from them advising that they have removed the review because of lack of evidence and could I supply copies of order forms and confirmations etc. of the service that I was complaining about in accordance with TrustPilot terms and conditions. Which I did.
After several more weeks, I received another e-mail asking for additional evidence which I supplied yet again and in full compliance with their terms and conditions. They now have everything that I received from the company that I am complaining about.
I have now received another email from TrustPilot advising that I have not sent them sufficient evidence to support my complaint and my complaint will be cancelled?
The moral to this is don't bother. Your wasting your time.
