Trustpilot???? Mmmmn fake pilot more like, this company posts fake reviews written by the company you are trying to leave a genuine comment about. That's how they make money but I'd love to know how they can continually get away with it. I very stupidly used a company called Basi heating who should me renamed dodgy heating as that is precisely what they are. Stay away from trustpilot and do not give your money to Basi heating.
