They brag about their sophisticated system of detecting fraud reviews but they allow people creating multiple profiles which on their user guidelines they say is a violation. Even when you report them, they will actually not look into it and just let them sit on your page! I think they really allow this kind of rubbish so you would be forced to get a paid page cause that's the only way you will have a bit of control over these reviews. But if you don't opt to pay, well they will just let your page get swarmed by deregatory reviews!
