I've reported a company who have obviously faked positive reviews and they did nothing about it. It's not like the reviews are even done well - they're from people with no other reviews, glowingly positive, all done in the space of a few days and none since, all from people with similar names, all with similar grammar errors.
If they don't do anything about such obvious spamming as that then how can we possibly believe they can find more subtle fraud? They aren't bothered.
