Trustpilot block valid reviews and allow reviews obviously placed by companies, individuals and organisations obviously trying to bump up ratings. It's a scam, with a valid reference reviews can be posted and the company itself is best to know these references.
A very good example is yodel.co.uk which has a score of 6.5 however a quick survey over internet shows multiple people with similar concerns and the the company rating around 0.
Trustpilot is a scam designed to promote the companies that wish promote it while they turn a blind eye.
