I reviewed a company I used (Rated People in 2013) and Rated People contacted Trustpilot (TP) asking them to remove my review as they did not believe it genuine. TP contacted me and I proved I was genuine. TP then wrote to me and stated that because my experience as a tradesperson was between 2013 - 2014 I was outside the 12 months period I would have to have been within when I reviewed RP! I stated that I am willing to but the date 2013-2014 on my review, but apart from that I was a genuine client of RP. TP maintained my review was not good enough and maintained it be removed. Trustpilot are a sham and I would not trust their reviews as like others have found, if their clients - in this case Rated People - don't like the truth you have to tell others, Trustpilot will remove it and stick with their clients.
