I contacted TrustPilot after the misfortune of dealing with an awful company called MODA FURNISHINGS. After my negative review was removed I noticed that the same had happened to many others. There were also many reviewers that had been contacted and offered cash/bribes or threats to up their rating!! This is clear to see on their own site and yet TrustPilot are completely unwilling to do anything about it - the company is a money making sham whose review system is entirely flawed.
