How can you trust a review platform which is paid by the companies you are reviewing? Answer... you can't. It's clear where Trustpilot's loyalties lie. Companies deliberately play the system by asking you to leave feedback immediately after your purchase but before you have had the chance to experience the delivery or quality. When this goes wrong then the negative reviews get taken off using a myriad of excuses - 'it's a fake review'; 'the (crap) service doesn't relate to us but our carrier'; 'it's not out fault your insurance claim was rejected - it's down to the underwriter,... etc etc. Trustpilot is unfortunately fast becoming a scammers' charter.
