Trustpilot appear to be in the business of only keeping the good reviews up on their website. I clearly showed evdidence as requested to prove that the Company Purplebricks acted unethically & potentially illegally. After agreeing a price on a property they reneged on the deal. We offered higher & offered a non refundable deposit in good faith & they wouldn't even tell the seller of the offer. This is illegal. So beware of Trustpilot review as they are biased & Purplebricks as a company. They are well known in the estate agent industry. This is a genuine review from a genuine frustrated house buyer.
