I took out emergency cover for 3 retal properties last month . First payment came out on 8/6/18 for all 3 properties. Than again they charged me same amount for the properties on 13/6/18. On email contact they say i have to call to sort it out . When i call to have resolved i have been thrown piller to post and asked to call another no and warned there is 13 people ahead of me . I was told if i feel frustrated i can cancel on that no where i am 13 in the que. with no out come
I am also waiting for refund of £159 for last 21 days as well . They said they will charge me for any work done within 1 month of buying the policy. I was able to find someone to do the job in half the price , so i rang within 1 hour to cancel the the repairs . I am now told every time i request refund that i have to wait 5-10 days for refund for last 3 weeks now .
They have not provided any services but charged me extra amount without agreeing to repay me back
