I have posted two complaints with Trustpilot, one regarding a complaint with Car Phone Warehouse and one with a subsidiary of Tripadvisor.
Once posted i was contacted within a few hours by both the companies and i received refunds from both.
I had originally contacted both the above companies via their complaints/customer services department but was given the run around.
Can only speak as i find . cannot fault Trustpilot
