They are biased.
I posted a negative review of Fantastic Cleaners. They weren't fantastic. Trust Pilot took it down and asked to to prove I was a customer. I provided my booking reference and dates. They still wouldn't post asking for email correspondence. I don't want to waste half an hour doing this and neither does anyone else. Consequently virtually all negative reviews are removed. Trust Pilot is worthless.
