I believe that many reviews are made up by some companies. For example Bensons for Beds are the worst company I have ever dealt with their customer service in non existent and their deliveries are regularly late. Alllegedly thousands of people are giving them 5 Stars when they have not yet received the product or 5 Stars to say Steve the salesman was helpful !!! This is a load of rubbish and misleading for potential customers. I would take Trustpilot with a huge pinch of salt!!!!
