Useless website, useless support service, useless employees.
Bought something from a store, left a review, and their "system" detected it was not "genuine".
I emailed them my credit card statement and product purchase from the website and yet they refused to acknowledge a bot can't be correct all the times.
Tried to get escaleted to a different support service level, and got the door shut in front me.
Thank God people are leaving that website in favour of other platforms.
