Be aware - There is no option to downgrade your plan as your business changes. I feel taken advantage of after having been made to sign a 1 year contract for review services. Even with our business struggling due to the economic downturn, they say it doesn't matter to them. You'd think they'd at least let you downgrade your service and keep a good customer for life. At the end of my 1 year contract I'm not giving them any more money.
