Trust Pilot seem to be unable to prevent companies from a total GUNG HO approach in reporting in order to remove reports they don’t like, check out OutFox the Market, on a daily basis they are report a vast proportion of negative reviews. The other thing is it does not Appear to respond to reviews for their own company. Your ratings are not a great example to present to prospecting customers.
