Utilita. I have tried for 2 months to get through to utilita to discuss my account and billing etc. Everytime it was a 2 hour wait and then get through to someone who did not have a clue what to do or have any reasonable answer. Today I got through to Chloe in the complaints department and by that time I was furious. This lady deserves a promotion. She handled my enquiry. Gave me all my answers that i had been wanting for 2 months in 30 seconds and was just a nice genuine person. She helped me so much and I had to wrote this to show my appreciation. Great job Chloe. Wish more advisors were like this lady.
