Really ticked off with trust pilot, all the power is with the company, there is one company that has removed any negative reviews and suddenly lots of positive fake ‘verified order’ reviews have appeared, all these ‘users’ have only made one review, yet when I’ve flagged this trust pilot ignore me. Trust pilot is flawed and claims you can be anon, but if a company takes down your review you have to provide all your details for it to go back up. Done with site.
