"Trust"pilot, not so trusting. Have you ever heard Toto Energy? A disgusting small gas and electricity supply company with a dreadful customer service record and they take your money and don't give it back!! Well I made a very honest review for my grandparents via Trustpilot only for it to removed by them 'under their guidelines'. Lots of negative reviews have been deleted in this manner with tonnes of 5 star reviews that look fake as anything awash. Don't base your opinion on Trustpilot.
