This is not a bad review about Trustpilot, rather it is a review about the misleading way reviews are used by some companies. One of these companies has almost 100% 5 star reviews. A poor, but honest, review appeared on the site (honest because it mentioned some flaws in the service that I had also noticed) and this was flagged up and then removed. There are also reviews from managers and employees of the company. In addition, the names of people consistently appear in reviews. The reviews are always positive, but the reviews should be about a service, not a person surely. I just have no faith in the integrity of the reviews.
