They instantly believe everything a company says leaving YOU to prove you're telling the truth.
How many can be bothered to prove their negative experience? Sending in potential confidential information (address, full name, etc)
How many negative reviews get pulled I wonder just leaving the good ones.
Imho you can't trust anything on their site.
