It seems TrustPilot is filtering reviews and preventing negative ratings to be published for some companies. At least this is my experience with them.
I have posted a very negative review for Interior Addict, a furniture business. They took it down with the comment it was violating the terms and condition of the website. The day after I received a call from Interior Addict which apologised for the issues I had with them. They clearly had been given a copy of my review.
I have tried twice to post another review but they haven't published it.
