I was buying and selling something via Rebelle, a platform for designer 2nd hand clothes, there was a massive issue with not receiving notifications if items have sold, I could not reach them on the phone as they were not available, so I left a message on Trustpilot with a review that had only 2 stars and said they need to sort the IT issues, they replied to me on Trustpilot that they are aware, then emailed and called me to explain the problem with their IT and how they solved it.
Today Trustpilot claims they could not verify that my review was authentic... Seriously, even with a company member replying and saying they are aware of the problem?
