It's incredibly obvious that Trustpilot works with companies to remove bad reviews. They'll flag and block any negative 1-star reviews, before flooding their page with fake 5-star reviews. Eventually, if they ever unblock your genuine 1-star review, it'll be buried underneath all the new fake reviews.
