This is the 3rd time that Trust pilot has allowed factually incorrect and slanderous feedback to be made about our company. We have complained about this twice before, only to be told that there is nothing they can do about it, even if the customer has made it all up! It's criminal that they allow businesses to suffer from their platform and refuse to take any action to correct this and remove the false reviews, even when they are proven to be false!!!
