The usual... Negative reviews being removed because "it was not a genuine experience"
My experience was a failed return at Richer Sounds and of course I cannot provide documentation for a return process that was never processed so my extremely negative experience cannot be shared.. disgusting that Richer Sounds would be associated with these crooks, they used to have standards, clearly not anymore.
