They help "businesses" scam people! They delete bad reviews and only post good reviews when a company pays for their services.
They asked me to submit proof that a bad encounter actually happened with a company. I sent 2 emails asking what email address I should send my email correspondence with the company to and asked Trust Pilot to ensure that my information would be kept private. They NEVER responded but deleted my negative review
