As a business trying to use their website it is absolutely useless. We changed our domain but as far as I can find there are no simple ways to update to our new domain with ease. I can't delete the business profile and make a new one and I can't create a new one because of a 404 error. Absolutely useless. We are very glad we decided not to use TrustPilot for our business reviews.
