Review manipulated and Trustpilot deleted genuine reviews, I am not an employee of Trustpilot and they had deleted one of my genuine reviews about VOVA.com before few days claiming that my order / review was not genuine. It seems that the paid service that they provide to retailers is to take down (delete) unwanted reviews so this is their source of income and their selling point. I will never ever trust this company.
