Trustpilot removed x2 negative reviews I had posted. These reviews were from x2 Bicycling Companies from the UK (I am in the USA).
I had all the documents and emails to verify everything I had stated (the truth)... Yet, somehow, Trustpilot removed those negative reviews I had made on Merlincycles.com and Wiggle.com.
Sadly customers lose when these types of review sites manipulate their reviews. Just look around on other review sites and you will see why the x2 companies I mentioned have such bad reviews!
