Is NOT HONEST! They favor and could even be sponsored by the companies that customers are reviewing, therefore they only post favorable reviews. If you have a gripe with a company, they will drag you through the mud making you provide "documentation" for your experience. This is ridiculous! Go to Yelp and other sites that allow free open posts. NOT trustpilot!!!!
