I was forced to go through trust pilot in order to review another company, dresslily, and they removed my review twice because I no longer have the order details and because I did not create am account through dresslily, my order number was not saved through their site, obviously, but I also no longer have the email. So because of this, I'm not genuine with my review. Their guidelines make it to where you can't put a negative review in on your own terms and it should be on customers terms since we are the ones spending our money. I'm disappointed in them and would not recommend them.
