Yell.com reported my review. I contacted trustpilot via email they replied over 3 weeks later (yet my review was suspended within 1 week) I was asked to supply documentation however the complaint was about a phone call so only documentation i had was a screenshot of the calls they made to me. Apparently not good enough as they cant verify the call! Not giving me confidence that reviews by consumers are a priority and keeping the clients happy is top priority! Why bother reviewing!? I wont be in future, not with trust pilot anyway!
