I recently had an awful experience with a company called 247 Homerescue. Trustpilot ratings are excellent, but if I had been bothered to search further I would have realised how awful 247 Homerescue really were according to many genuine customers. What they are good at is getting bad reviews removed from Trustpilot. I complained directly to Trustpilot, but they really seemed to be pretty much in the pocket of the company I gave a bad review to (which is now not on the Trustpilot website). Sadly, I no longer trust Trustpilot in the slightest.
